Our Mobile Clinics provide clinical, wellness, and health education services to priority populations throughout Durham region.
We provide the following services for those who do not currently have a family doctor:
- Vaccinations
- Immunizations
- Baby and child wellness checks
- Cancer screening
- STI testing
- Mental health consultation
- Prescription refills (no narcotics)
- Ordering of labs and requisitions
- Form completion (no charge)
- Wound Care
- And much more!
You can visit the clinic at the following dates/times and locations:
Mondays
1:00-4:00pm
@ Dean & Normandy
439 Dean Ave, Oshawa
Tuesdays
9:30am-12:00pm
@ 315 Colborne St W, Whitby
1:00-4:30pm
@ River Breeze
1 Richards Lane - Ajax
Wednesdays
9:30am-12:00pm and 1:00-4:00pm
@ 155 King Street East, Oshawa, Suite #103
Thursdays
1:00-4:30pm
@ Lakeview Harbourside
Lakeview Park Avenue/Ritson Road South - Oshawa
Please note:
- No narcotics will be kept on board of or prescribed by practitioners of the Mobile Clinic.
- All clients will be required to roster with DCHC, in order to be seen.
