This is a six-week psychoeducational and skills based group for adults, influenced by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Together we will learn and practice mindful concepts and strategies to: Increase Focus -Increase Self-Control -Increase Acceptance -Recude emotional and physical suffering -Decrease Judgement
