This program offers the opportunity to prepare and taste new foods from various cultures at your own pace. Each week you will receive a reminder email to pick up your grocery package which includes the ingredients you will need to prepare a new recipe (you will need to have your own salt and pepper).
Once you get home, video guidance on how to prepare the recipe along with healthy eating tips, will be sent to you by email. No rush, you can stop and repeat the video anytime to follow at your own pace!
