The Zen Program was created for school aged children who are handpicked by teachers and their principal. We focus on teaching them stress reduction techniques that they can use while at school and at home. Our participants work on their mind body sprit connections by Journaling, Meditation, Guided Imagery, and Yoga. This group will run for three 10 week sessions during school time and each session is different. The students play a big role in what their group will look like.
